Frequently Asked Questions

Where are you located?

Due to manly folks not wanting to have to come to a physical location, I had to relinquish my office space for the time being. I am not 100% virtual.

What types of therapy do you do?

Listed here are the different types of therapies I commonly practice. All are carefully selected based off of my education, experience, training, what I am competent using and what I know works. All mental health treatments below are based in up-to-date scientific research or are evidence-based practices. Click the text for a linked article to learn more about each different modality and how it might apply to you.

How do I know what’s right for me?

Just as every person is individual and requires a unique approach, each diagnosis and concern are different. To get the best outcome, this requires me to use distinct clinical interventions from at least a few different types of therapy. My job is to tailor each intervention from multiple modalities to best fit YOU, based on your preferences, background, age, goals, family position, personality, culture, language, socioeconomic situations, upbringing, life experiences, adversity, needs, struggles, sexual orientation, and gender identity; in addition to any diagnosis, disability, condition, and/or neurodiversity you may experience (if applicable).
